Crisis Outreach
Coleman Access Services seeks to provide services in a manner that best meets the immediate needs of the client. Our goal is to provide emergency access to those in need, which occasionally requires us to go to the client. Off-site crisis outreaches* are appropriate when the situation requires an urgent response, and services on-site at Coleman Access Services' facility are not feasible due to the client's inability to come to our location or to consent to the services. In some instances, it is also appropriate to provide a crisis outreach in non-urgent situations. Our staff will assess the situation and provide crisis outreach whenever necessary.
* Crisis Outreach services are only available from the Portage County and Trumbull County locations.
