Phone Triage

Coleman Access Services' Phone Triage is conducted by our trained and licensed staff upon a client's call to our offices for service intake and crisis intervention over the phone.

Our Phone Triage service is available to callers from
Allen, Auglaize and Hardin counties by calling either 1-800-567-4673 or 419-224-4617 or Portage, Trumbull
and Stark counties by calling either 1-877-796-3555 or 330-296-3555.
